Messing About on the River

the brick takes a look at Keble's fortunes in Summer Eights.

Keble's supporters turned out in full force again this year to cheer the College's five boats in the summer's biggest regatta on the Cherwell. Unfortunately, the wrong sort of bumps were all too much in evidence for Keble crews, as both Men's and Women's First Eights were knocked down several places. Nonetheless, Keble's Captain of Boats, second year physicist, Ian Streule, remains optimistic about Keble's potential. "Last minute crew changes to the Men's First Boat failed to produce a winning streak, but team members were delighted to win the Championship Fours Event at Oriel Regatta a few weeks later". the brick went down to the boat houses to capture the Keble crews on film, both on and off the water.
